GLOBAL SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Industry Veteran Brings Extensive Telecom and Technology Mix to

Telarix’s Leadership Team

VIENNA, Va.—April 21,  2009—Telarix, Inc., the leading provider of business information exchange and interconnect OSS/BSS solutions for content providers, IP service providers and global fixed and mobile operators, today announced the appointment of Scott Coffey as senior vice president of global sales and business development. Coffey will be responsible for continuing to expand Telarix’s successful global sales efforts as well as further develop the company’s network of strategic alliances.

“I am delighted Scott has joined our team during this time of tremendous growth,” said Glen Kazerman, COO of Telarix.  “Scott brings a solid track record of strong sales growth and leveraging strategic partnerships to build new revenue channels.  His extensive expertise will be integral to Telarix’s continued success as the company accelerates the market reach of its next generation interconnect solutions.”

Telarix, which was named to the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States, has two market leading business lines, iXTools® and iXLink®.  Telarix’s iXTools is a powerful suite of software modules that provides carriers with an end-to-end management and optimization solution for their interconnect business.  Eight of the world’s ten largest telecom providers now depend on iXTools to manage their interconnect business.

iXLink, Telarix’s second line of business, is a global business information exchange service for the telecom community.  Created in conjunction with a number of the world’s leading telecom providers, iXLink reduces the costs and complexities associated with interconnection including the purchase and sales processes; international dial code management; billing; invoice validation; and settlement.  Today, the service is used by more than 400 carriers in 70 countries to exchange business information.  In 2008, iXLink was recognized as the Best New Service in Telecommunications by The International Business Awards (IBA) and received accolades from several industry analysts including Stratecast and Yankee Group.

“I am excited to be joining Telarix which has built a reputation in the telecom industry for delivering superior interconnect solutions which drive revenue growth and streamline operations,” said Coffey.  “Telarix is clearly positioned to be the market leader and I am confident we will see tremendous growth as we capitalize on the number of successful installations across both iXTools and iXLink.”

Coffey has more than 20 years of experience in technology and telecommunications. Previously, he was co-founder of 2-Markets, a sales outsourcing and management consulting company.  Prior to 2-Markets, Coffey was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bluespring Software, a business process management software company.  While at Bluespring, he grew sales and increased market recognition of the company’s BPM Suite.  As a member of Bell Canada International, Coffey was responsible for creating a new line of business around telecom outsourcing, resulting in over $1 Billion in assets managed for Fortune 500 companies worldwide.  Coffey also managed sales in Canada and United States for Objective Systems Integrators, growing the business unit by over 40% leading to an acquisition by Agilent Technologies.
