Glen Kazerman
Chief Executive Officer
Glen Kazerman is a senior professional with more than 20 years experience in the area of sales, marketing and business development, largely in technology and services industries. He has a proven record in sales, marketing and market development using strong business, entrepreneurial and technical skills. Glen has demonstrated success where performance resulted in successful initial public offerings and the sale and acquisition of several companies.
Glen most recently was a senior vice president and founder of Broadmargin. Responsible for business development, marketing and corporate development, he founded and developed Broadmargin’s approach to the telecom cost management marketplace, including its unique flexible delivery platform.
Glen has extensive experience helping market-leading, fast-growing companies realize financial value and maximize telecom services to meet business goals. During his 20-year career in telecom, he has held sales, marketing and business development positions with Bitfone Corporation, Bay Networks, Kasten Chase and Mitel, he also began his career at Ernst & Young as a member of the Entrepreneurial Services Group.
Don Lynch
Senior Advisor
Don Lynch is a recognized pioneer, builder and innovator in the telecommunications industry. Don played a pivotal role in shaping MCI business operations during a 17 year period. As Senior VP of financial operations, he built MCI’s basic financial infrastructures, including billing processes and core financial systems, and led efforts to prepare MCI for the advent of equal access in conjunction with AT&T’s divestiture. During his tenure, Don developed specialized expertise in managing MCI’s interconnection costs and developed a highly sophisticated cost-management process that set the new industry standard for interconnection cost management. Don also served as vice chairman of the Universal Service Administrative Corporation, which was chartered by the Federal Communications Commission to administer universal service funds.
In 1999, Don started Lynch and Associates, a consulting firm with expertise in telecom billing and revenue management. In 2000, his holding company funded and started Broadmargin, an application service provider. As the CEO, Don led the Broadmargin team in helping to identify more than $500 million in annualized cost savings for clients. In 2004, as part of the growth strategy, Broadmargin and Teledata Control merged to form Control Point Solutions with $23M in capital investment from several venture capital firms. Don has been a Telarix Board member since May 2005.
Robert B. Edwards, Jr.
Chief Financial Officer
Bob Edwards is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations worldwide. Most recently, Bob was the CFO of Intellitactics, overseeing all legal, finance, human resources and administrative functions affecting the organization. During his career, Bob has held senior management positions at numerous technology firms, including serving as Executive Vice President and CFO of ENTIGO Corporation, a venture capital funded software development company. Previously, Bob was CFO, Vice President and Treasurer of AXENT Technologies. He transitioned the company from a venture capital funded private firm to a public entity through an initial public offering. He also oversaw several major mergers and acquisitions, and was instrumental in building the infrastructure to facilitate the company’s dynamic growth. Bob earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. He has also served on the CFO Steering Committee for the Maryland Technology Council and the Board of Trustees for the St. John’s Episcopal School.
Shawn Zargham
Chief Technology Officer
Shawn Zargham is responsible for the technological vision and overall product development of the company. Shawn has over 15 years of professional experience in both business and scientific software applications. His previous experience as a research faculty member at Yale University has enabled him to successfully lead Telarix's research and development efforts to develop and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions for the carrier industry. He obtained his BS in electrical engineering from Iowa State University and his PhD in Plasma Physics from the School of Electrical Engineering of Cornell University.
Mark Hatam
General Manager, iXLink
As General Manager of iXLink, Mark is responsible for creating the vision, developing the product portfolio, ensuring optimal product positioning, and delivering innovative services for fostering collaboration amongst carriers and across the value chain. Mark joined Telarix in 2001 and was most recently Senior Vice President of Product Management. He has over 22 years of telecom and IT experience in product management and development of OSS and BSS solutions for the industry. Prior to joining Telarix, he held several senior management positions in engineering, and marketing with leading telecom carriers including MCI, Bell Atlantic, Teligent and Winstar. Mark obtained his Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Bioengineering from Syracuse University.
Hung Vu
Executive Vice President, Development and Support
Hung Vu leads the efforts of building out and supporting innovative solutions specifically designed to address the newest challenges facing international carriers such as mobile number portability, dial code management, SMS rating, VoIP and quality of service management. Before joining Telarix, he led Product Engineering and merger/acquisition due-diligence efforts at Plateau Systems and was responsible for its award winning enterprise-class Talent Management suite, including the best-of-breed corporate Learning Management System (LMS) that served over 10 million users worldwide in 24 languages. Hung was recognized by The Washington Post and Techway magazine in their Top Ten High-Tech Bosses in the Washington D.C. area (2001) and is a current member of the Washington Area CTO Round-table.
Chris Finn
Executive Vice President, Solution Delivery
Chris Finn leads our global services organization. In this role, he has end-to-end responsibility for the successful implementation and ongoing support of our client solutions and is charged with expanding our consulting, training, and managed services offerings to help our clients achieve maximum business benefit from their relationship with Telarix.
Chris has over 20 years of professional services and telecom industry experience with a track record of growing businesses and spearheading large organizations and initiatives. Prior to joining Telarix in 2010, he was an Executive Partner in Accenture’s Communications & High Tech client group leading a practice focused on the design and implementation of advanced carrier services and platforms. As an early hire into IBM’s telecom industry consulting business, he progressed through a series of leadership positions to lead its Americas industry practice where he played a key role in an initiative growing annual sales over $1B. Early in his career, he was a director in a boutique industry consultancy, TeleChoice, and also worked in MCI’s sales organization. Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Denison University.
Scott Coffey
Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development
Scott Coffey oversees all aspects of Telarix's global sales efforts and is responsible for the further development of the company’s network of strategic alliances. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in technology and telecommunications experience to his position. Previously, he was co-founder of 2-Markets, a sales outsourcing and management consulting company. Prior to 2-Markets, Coffey was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Bluespring Software, a business process management software company. While at Bluespring, he grew sales and increased market recognition of the company’s BPM Suite. As a member of Bell Canada International, Coffey was responsible for creating a new line of business around telecom outsourcing, resulting in over $1 Billion in assets managed for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Coffey also managed sales in Canada and United States for Objective Systems Integrators, growing the business unit by over 40% leading to an acquisition by Agilent Technologies.
Chuck Parrish
Senior Vice President, Implementation Services
Chuck Parrish manages the implementation services for Telarix which maintains and services all of customers' implementation projects. Chuck is a seasoned veteran of the telecommunications industry who brings the customer's perspective having previously worked as BellSouth International's Director of Billing and Business Systems and at Trescom International where he was responsible for supporting all aspects of the wholesale and retail market segments. Additionally, he spent over eleven years with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in both the managerial and technical roles among various locations. Chuck obtained his BS in Systems and Data Processing from William Jewell College.
